“Just OK”
Parking right under the room was a real convenience and felt safe, but we booked during the Dia De Muerte weekend and the price tripled. We accepted the hike because nothing else was available in the city. The air conditioner didn’t work when we checked in, and the front desk said they’d turn it on later; the switch was beside their chair, so it could have been switched on at check‑in. Worse, we had to ask every day to turn on the hot water because they switched it off each morning. The room was a bit dirty and the staff were a bit grumpy, so a smile would have helped.
