Location, next to Congonhas Airport. Check‑in was slow.

The location is good and easy to reach, the price is decent, but there are better options nearby. The air conditioning is broken and the lamps are burnt out. The reception staff are very disorganized.

Everything was terrible, even I’m going to file a complaint on Reclame Aqui. Almost everything was bad.

The location was great and there were plenty of things to do nearby. The towels felt like floor cloths.
