The staff were very good, friendly and efficient. The facilities are good. The lights are a bit dim. The bed is very comfortable and spacious compared to other hotels. The bedroom light could be a little better, otherwise everything is fine.

Cheap, far from the hot spots, relatively quiet. The hygiene is average, especially in the public areas.

The location. The staff. The varied breakfast. They left a honeymoon detail in the room. Everything was perfect!

All the staff are friendly. They can use Japanese but also provide Korean guidance. Checking in, they always hold luggage for you. Room cleaning is done daily. The room isn’t large, but it’s comfortable enough. Bedding quality is above average. Even if you skip breakfast, you can use the beverage bar. All amenities, including the bathrobe, are free on the first floor. The location is amazing. From Kitahama Station (Sakaisuji Line) you can walk to Yodoyabashi Station (Midosuji Line), Sakaisuji Honmachi Station (Yodoyabashi), and even Nakanojima Park is a short walk. The business district is quiet at night. And despite having all this, the price is reasonable. If I return to Osaka, I’d stay here again.
