The apartment was spotless, right next to the lakes, had plenty of space, and the host was super friendly—even though he doesn’t speak English, he made himself understood. The kitchen lacked basic items like sugar or a coffee maker, and there was no gel or shampoo in the bathroom.

The rooms were spacious, parking was convenient right in front, and the staff were kind. Nothing else to add.

The location was good relative to Entrance 1 of Plitvice Park. The accommodation could use a bit of sprucing up, and the sound insulation between units was poor.

We were looking for a one‑night stay near Plitvice for six people and the place worked out perfectly: three separate bedrooms, the owner was very kind, and checking in at 10 pm caused no trouble. There were no mosquito nets and the furniture looked old‑fashioned.
