Hotel Heritage formerly known as Comfort Inn Heritage

Staff behavior was good. Room was very small even for one person Area around the Hotel was very unhygienic Room had some odour like that of a very old building

“FINE FOR A SHORT STAY, NOTHING MORE.”

Close to good restaurants and take away shops. Room was spacious. Breakfast was ok. Hot shower all day. Walking distance to the train station. Location at night was not safe. There was alot of drunk people on the roads. Not much around the hotel to see. Location was boring. Bathroom had mould. Rooms needs to be renovated. No gym or swimming room in the hotel. Morning breakfast can get a bit chaotic and there will be no room to seat when there is a lot of guest in the hotel. Breakfast in the morning, staff were very slow in serving and refilling empty stock. Breakfast was average

“A clean and comfortable hotel with exceptionally helpful and attentive staff.”

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, always checking whether we needed anything. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. A special thanks to Kishore from the housekeeping team and Feroze and Kiran from the dining team for their outstanding service and care. They made us feel very welcome and ensured we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!

“comfortable and trustful”

staff are very kind and helpful. It would be nice if hair conditioner is also provided

“Good”

The breakfast was excellent overall; adding dessert and more croissant varieties would have made it even better. The location is also excellent.
