Put staff in the lobby at all times to help people check in. Totally digital property. If we had known this, we would never have booked a room there. We couldn’t navigate the check‑in process and ended up checking into a more welcoming property one block down the street for $170.

“Einfaches Hotel, mit allem was man braucht, in zentraler Lage”

The operator, whom we never met (everything is handled online), sends guests written instructions about the karaoke bar below, which we hardly heard. We stayed on a weekday, so it was quiet at midnight. The hotel sits right in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The room was simple but functional. I was frustrated with the check‑in process because I received not one but several emails/WhatsApps, and the link that required me to log in didn’t have the ‘open door’ button; it was accessible via a different link, which was very confusing and uncomfortable. Parking at the hotel is practically nonexistent. You can park to unload and then have to drive your car to a parking zone on the outskirts of town. We were there off‑season – it’s probably a different story during peak season.

Very good value for money. Could hear a generator outside our room all night which made it hard to sleep. However, the beds were very comfortable

Ótima localização. Atendeu as expectativas. Checkin e checkout fáceis. Recomendo para viajantes em estadias curtas. As toalhas poderiam ser mais novas. Estavam limpas mas eram pequenas e muito gastas. Recomendo trocar as toalhas
