“Je ne recommande pas du tout !”

I was disappointed by the location and the pool, but the staff were dishonest about the price and demanded more money than what I had booked through booking… they even tried to move us to another hotel because they claimed we hadn't paid enough (booking promo). They asked for a 150 cash deposit in a shady way, then raised it to 200, and finally tried to charge us for a taxi we didn't need, so I left feeling let down on my arrival in Malaysia.

The swimming pool offers awesome views and the gym is solid, but checking in was confusing and the room was messy.

The accommodation was great; the pool with its view was wonderful and the gym did its job. The staff member Md Badu delivered the best service, making me feel comfortable and at home right away.
