The room lacked a fan, and the window facing the street couldn't stay open because it was too hot; the cleaning was good.

Nada. Na onde eu estava no quarta estava muito sujo a piscina suja e nunca vi eu paguei 3 dias e a diária acabou 11 horas sendo que meu ônibus estava marcado para noite o ventilador sujo e peguei o quarto para casal e quando chego no quarto 2 cama diferente 🤡

The place was organized, clean, close to everything in Caldas' center, and the staff were polite and helpful; the only downside was that the fans could be replaced with air conditioning because it was very hot in the rooms.
