The facilities and room size were nice, and the breakfast was better than most hotels (extra fee). The “resort fee” should have been included in the room rate—an absurd non‑optional charge. Construction in the temporary area and street closures made getting in and out a hassle.

The property was impeccably clean and felt safe; the location was ideal for the Tempe event I attended (Pats run). Room service exceeded my expectations and the food was first‑class and delicious. There were no negatives to mention.

The hotel looked beautiful and the staff were friendly. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy outside, which was expected for a busy weekend.
