They treated us wonderfully for our wedding anniversary, even arranging a surprise photo shoot during dinner, which made us very happy. The only glitch was that my name was entered as “Hiroki” instead of “Hiroaki,” likely a booking‑system error rather than the inn’s fault.

I stayed at this historic ryokan and the garden was absolutely beautiful. The hot spring was also very good.

The onsen was great, the room was spacious, and breakfast was spectacular.

The onsen ♨️ was excellent. The carpet was old, damp, and had an unpleasant odor.

The authenticity of the place and its beauty are remarkable, a timeless riokan. The traditional meals were delicious, the service flawless, and the onsen superb. There was a bit of dust under and on the furniture.
