The hotel is wonderful, the reception guys are always ready to help and friendly. The metro and tram are just a hand’s reach, and everything around (shops, pharmacies, clothing) is there. Breakfasts are simple but good—omelette and coffee are available, which was my main concern 🤣 I asked the staff to arrange a transfer, and driver Mehmet was superb, driving carefully—exactly what I needed, treating us like precious cargo 😅🤩 I really liked Murad’s café; we kept going back for dinner 👍 (it’s right near the metro exit). Everything was great 🥰 we’ll definitely come back.

The staff were friendly, the property stayed clean, and the location was great, but the area felt cramped and the breakfast lacked variety.
