Suite 1426 is offered by a private seller who advertised a price of $726.144 and didn’t clarify it wasn’t part of the Porto Horizonte hotel; when I paid through Wompi I was charged $973.464, $247.420 more, so the ad was misleading. At the hotel reception, I was treated as if I wasn’t staying there, there was no dining reservation, and the tent costs $48.000 for 2 hours, which is the only thing that can be booked. The suite lacks beach gear—no tent, no portable umbrella or chairs, only two towels with no drying spot, no hair dryer, poor Wi‑Fi signal, and only 2 of the 4 outlets work. If they want to charge $324.488 per night, they should match the hotel’s standard of breakfast and beach tent access. I was dissatisfied and told the owner it was deceptive advertising.

“Excelente playa y lugar comfortable.”

The room was clean, very organized, and comfortable, but the front desk staff weren’t clear with the instructions and forced us to redo the check‑in process.
