The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Zaid, who was amazing, welcoming, and always ready to help; he made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was good and we had a very pleasant stay with nothing major to complain about.

The staff were friendly and the location works well, but there were renovation works and noises from other flats that weren't sealed with the door closed, which made it loud.

The interior was very nice and it’s a pleasant place to sleep in Irbid, though the service was only average and some items we asked for, like an iron board and fresh towels, were missing.
