I really liked the style, but I thought about air conditioning, though I feel it might detract from its essence.

The accommodation was very good and the location is great for exploring the Galeras.

The staff were organized, friendly, and showed a sense of responsibility, especially Melvin. The photos didn't match the actual room, and because there was air conditioning I had to pay an extra $30.

Melvin’s service was great. The hotel is a little off from the center and it gets a bit warm, but the fan kept us comfortable.
