The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the airport pick‑up worked out perfectly. The room was huge and the beds were comfortable. The location is great for the airport, and the room was excellently insulated and air‑conditioned.

“A comfortable and enjoyable family stay”

We stayed three nights at Andaz Delhi on a family trip and had a very good experience. The hotel is quite expensive, but we felt the overall value for money was very good. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the pool was well maintained and great for the family, breakfast was excellent, and the service throughout our stay was of a very high standard. Two experiences especially stood out. First, our Indian SIM card ran out of data, and one of the kind gentlemen at reception personally helped us recharge it using his own account, going above and beyond to resolve the issue. Second, we had a very early morning flight and, instead of missing breakfast, the hotel prepared a generous breakfast basket for us to take along; it was thoughtful, well prepared, and more than enough for the whole family. Thank you for a very pleasant stay; we would be happy to return.

“Exceptional Hospitality by Team Andaz Hotel by Hyatt, Delhi”

Everyone from the front desk to the doorman and the restaurant staff, including housekeeping on the 6th floor, Mr Badam Singh, were courteous, friendly and approachable at all times, making the stay truly memorable. A big thank you to the A Team at Andaz Hotel by Hyatt for keeping up the good work. We did wish there were more shopping complexes nearby, as that was something we truly missed; the closest was Vasant Kunj.
