The area is huge and beautiful, the eco park is wonderful, the nature is amazing, and the rooms are comfortable and nice. The service needs improvement – the staff could use better training.

I didn’t like that food had to wait over an hour, no matter if it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. The chat‑bot is inconvenient because there’s no signal in the reserve, only Wi‑Fi. When we were fishing 🎣 and asked staff who were on a tour to pick us up from the lake at 19:00, they said we should look for Wi‑Fi and use the chat‑bot to request a pickup – it’s just not convenient.

The rooms are great and the staff are friendly and unhurried. Personally, I think this hotel is better suited for spring or autumn.

Overall it’s okay. Dogs bark from 8 am while their owners lock them in rooms and leave for the spa.

“Чудовий відпочинок в ТИШІ природи”

Food, nature, lounge, and silence are the main highlights. There’s no noise, everyone respects the complex rules, and the hotel staff are very attentive and caring. I didn’t like the lake for swimming because buffalo and cows also swim there, and the shower water on the beach is unreliable for rinsing off. The beach service is good – you can eat well, take a boat or paddleboard, but swimming feels a bit unhygienic. Overall, everything is fine.
