The stay was excellent overall, but the payment process was unclear; I had to explicitly state that I wanted to pay by card in advance, and only after insisting did they provide a CBU for the transaction.

I couldn't make it, and they cancelled my reservation due to overbooking, forcing me to reschedule my weekend; they treated me poorly and still tried to charge me.

The place was excellent, with great sauna and spa facilities, and there were no complaints.
