“Ruhige, abseits gelegene stilvolle Unterkunft (kleines Häuschen)”

A tiny house with living room and kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom, tucked away in nature and very quiet. Only a few other houses nearby. The traditional décor feels cozy and rustic, while the bathroom was modern and stylishly renovated. The kitchen is well equipped and ideal for cooking. There’s a lovely outdoor area with a dining table, plus a meadow and sun loungers beside the village fountain. Arcevia is about a 15‑minute drive away.

We found exactly what we were looking for: peace and quiet outside the town!

“Una piacevolissima serata in un posto splendito, circondati dal verde”

We had a great time. We were a group of friends with four kids. We really liked the lit fireplace, the beautiful view, the owner’s friendliness and humor, the natural silence, and the morning birdsong. Perhaps having only one bathroom for eight people isn’t always feasible, but as friends we managed. The divider between rooms could have been set up earlier. For breakfast we had brought our own food, because the house offered nothing except a box of tea and sugar. When we left, Luigi offered us coffee, which we appreciated a lot.

“it was hard to leave...”

The surroundings were wonderful – the house dog was cute and we felt completely welcome. Nothing else to add.
