The room on the 3rd floor was too hot to sleep in. We asked for breakfast coupons and they told us they weren’t available.
The location was great and the staff were friendly, but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were stiff and lumpy, so I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. It was also quite noisy all night, with sounds like furniture being moved that made it even harder to rest.
