“Don't Fix What's Not Broken”
I recently returned to the Chamada Girne Hotel with my best friend of 40 years, who had never stayed there before. The décor, location, cleanliness, facilities, and food were all outstanding and truly deserved five stars. At one point my friend said, “This is some hotel.” Coming from someone who has traveled extensively and stayed in some of the world’s finest five‑star hotels, that was a huge compliment. I wondered if I had raised his expectations too high, but clearly I hadn’t. As with any hotel, once the décor, location, and facilities are top‑class, it’s the staff who create the experience and the memories you take home. They’re also the reason you want to return. Chamada has nailed this perfectly. The service is professional and exceptional, yet it’s delivered with genuine warmth. Nothing feels forced or rehearsed; the hospitality comes naturally and from the heart. Bravo to the entire team. Keep up the excellent work—we can’t wait to return.
