“Poor behavior of the staff”

I booked three days in advance, but after 3 pm on the arrival day the hotel staff called me and told me the hotel was closed for renovation, so I had to find another place.

I paid in advance through the website, yet the hotel was closed and I still haven’t received any response about my money; they insist on a cancellation policy that isn’t my fault, and I’ve wasted time, energy, and money. The phone number they gave was unreachable, my emails got no reply, and my complaint was ignored.

“Worst ever experience”

I had paid your company for a reservation, but when I got to the hotel there was no room available, so I never stayed there. I still haven’t received a refund for the four nights, which cost AED 1275. It’s disappointing that such a large platform would treat customers this way. I expect a refund soon, and I will involve Dubai Tourism, the police, and the consumer protection department if necessary.

The hotel staff kept blasting music and doing construction inside the building until 5 am. I asked them to lower the noise, but they ignored me, and I couldn’t sleep for two days.

We didn’t receive a room at the hotel, so we paid and stayed elsewhere.
