What really stood out to me was the eerie silence and politeness of the staff, which was a nice change of pace from some of the more chaotic places I've stayed. However, the hotel's organisation left a lot to be desired - it felt like they were still figuring things out. Still, the peaceful atmosphere was a nice bonus.

The front office staff were super friendly and helpful, which was a highlight of my stay. However, I was a bit miffed to find out that this place is essentially a lodge masquerading as a hotel, and the pay-at-hotel option I booked didn't quite live up to my expectations. The rooms were tiny and had a lingering cigarette smell, and to top it off, there was no in-house restaurant. Still, the staff made up for some of the shortcomings.

Unfortunately, the switchboard at this hotel was pretty underwhelming, and I had to use my own USB cable to charge my phone. It's a shame, really, because it's clear that they're trying to keep up with the times. Maybe they'll upgrade their switchboard soon.

I had an overall fantastic experience at this hotel - the service was top-notch, the rooms were really nice, and the staff were super friendly. The location was also really convenient, which made it easy to get around. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

I was really looking forward to a good night's sleep, but unfortunately, the bed was a major letdown. The hotel itself was pretty basic, but I guess that's what I got for the price. The bed was the main issue, though - it was uncomfortable and didn't offer much support. Maybe they'll sort it out soon.
