The host was lovely, helped with everything, the rooms were comfortable and simple, the location was excellent, and the on‑site restaurant was tasty; everything was exactly as expected.

The place sits just two minutes from the center, tucked into a small alley that keeps it quiet, and the view of Pirin mountain is stunning. The host was extremely helpful, giving us directions and recommendations, but parking is a headache because most streets are closed or too narrow.

A spot right off the main square, close to everything, was perfect. The owner, Irena, and the staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating, so I booked a second night on short notice without any problems.

The host was lovely and the location great, and the property itself is beautiful. However, a huge amount of human hair in the closet was disturbing, and people tried to break into our room multiple times at night—fortunately the lock worked, though it might have been some drunken guy.
