The location was excellent.

The place was clean and well‑situated, but there was no air conditioning and opening the windows let in a lot of noise. Breakfast wasn’t included; if it had been, the price would have been higher.

The hotel had a good location and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, yet the restaurant was expensive and offered very few food choices.

I couldn’t use the room that was offered to me and they still charged me, so I lost my money. The unfair treatment felt like a donation because I was billed for something I didn’t use.
