The rooms were clean. I didn’t like the location of our first room; the desk clerk sat just outside our door, and we could hear every phone call and every person who entered.

“Terrible”

Very unaccommodating. We had to pay for an upgraded room on the ground floor after requesting a ground floor room because of age and medical issues. There was no elevator, so only one person could watch TV due to a pillar in the middle of the room. Breakfast was unsanitary; the eggs were pre‑peeled and handed out by the front desk instead of being prepared in the back. The parking lot was dark and had no ramp for the luggage cart to reach the sidewalk. Showers were very outdated. Everything else was terrible.

“DON’T STAY HERE!!!! Sketchy stinky waste land of a MOTEL.”

Nothing. The place was remote and dirty. Someone living right next to the building was cooking food on a hot plate that was plugged into the motel. Everything was old, dirty, smelled bad, and hot. Our room had a cat odor, which was funny because we were kicked out for having cats, even though the motel claims to be “PET FRIENDLY.” It was disgusting and super sketchy.

“Overall it was an adequate place to stay, but nothing special.”

The shower had no place to put soap or shampoo except on the floor, and it leaked onto the bathroom floor because they used a plastic base molding for a “water stop,” which made it feel unwelcoming. Breakfast had cold hotdogs, and there was no microwave to warm them up.

“Horrible staff!”

Nothing. The staff were horrible.
