Room was not ready on arrival but the check in process was easy. They sent a text with our room number once it was ready. Power was out, so we could not shower, use the bathroom or the elevators. There was no text or email to notify us or to keep us updated. We ended up leaving early and walking down 20 flights of stairs. No communication

The location was good. The shower room was not clean

Preis-Leistung eher schlecht

The room was spotlessly clean and cozy, and the casino offered a ton of fresh slots and table games, but the bartender seemed distracted and slow.
