We were greeted warmly by Vassilis. The spot lets you experience real Crete, far from all‑inclusive resorts, with plenty of chances to relax, hike, and more. Breakfast was amazing, full of local products, and there was plenty of it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

“Eine herrliche erholsame Woche mit spätsommerlichen Temperaturen”

The flat is on the ground floor and easy to reach. It comes with a solidly equipped kitchen that has a microwave, a coffee machine, and a washing machine. There’s a dining nook, a fireplace, and a seating group. The view of the mountains is gorgeous. The heating works differently than we’re used to in Germany – we couldn’t adjust or turn it on ourselves; the hosts handled it, usually only when asked. During the day it was warm enough, but at night temperatures dropped sharply, making the house feel very cold. The sun provided hot water, but only in the evenings. In the morning, water for washing and showering was only lukewarm.

The Studio was very nice, clean, spacious, and quiet. The terrace gave a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and the sun, as well as shade. Vassili and Christina were wonderful hosts, offering a warm welcome and an excellent breakfast with local products. We also liked the sheep.
