The host is always reachable and very helpful. Before I arrived, I received a list of tips and good addresses in Bologna. The apartment is also perfectly equipped and located in a great spot.
The apartment is close to key spots in Bologna. The area is very safe and only 300 m from bus stops. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything the neighbors do in their apartments.
Giuseppe was an amazing host, the facilities were great and the location was excellent. There was no air‑conditioning; it reached the mid‑30s, even 39 on one day, making the place quite uncomfortable with only a fan to try to cool it.

The apartment was super clean and fragrant. It had everything you need: a washing machine, phone, iron, and a coffee machine with pods. The spaces were well managed and the mattress was comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind.
