The whole experience was perfect; we, a family of eight, stayed in two villas and absolutely loved it. Ari was our favorite staff member—so charming and helpful.

The layout is so well designed that you can’t help but be amazed. We stayed in room 103. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Room service arrives twice a day or on “push‑of‑a‑button.” Every evening there’s a free sundowner. The food tastes great and can be enjoyed either in the restaurant or on your own terrace. I especially liked the rainforest sounds and the rice‑field walk.

Everything was 5 star—customer service, breakfast, restaurants, pool, and all the resort’s offerings were unbelievable. The breakfast spread was so huge that I didn’t even have space left for lunch 🤣🤣

Everything was amazing, from the always helpful and attentive staff to the very well decorated and comfortable facilities. I will definitely come back. Nothing to add.
