Karlamuiza Country Hotel, situated in the Cesis district, is a restored old manor offering spacious suites with separate kitchens and bedrooms, equipped with modern appliances. Suites feature basic kitchen amenities, bathrooms, and common facilities. The hotel serves a buffet breakfast in a dining room with a fireplace, offering views of the garden, and is located near Gauja National Park, 8 km from Cesis and 7 km from Araisi and Zvarte Rock.

Even though it’s in a nature reserve and usually not hot, it’s still advisable to install an air‑conditioner for warm days.

Everything, I’ve known this place for a long time and I’m happy to return. The afternoon tea and breakfast are pricey.

The breakfast is excellent with homemade jams and fresh egg dishes. The restaurant is very good, with friendly and helpful staff, everything presented lovingly and stylishly. The apartment Josef comes with a washing machine, coffee machine and kettle, and the room is spacious and cozily furnished. The house is right in nature, a beautiful site with a small lake and orchard, and there are interesting hiking options just behind the house near Sigulda. For us it was a wonderful experience, highly recommended for nature lovers! Thank you! Will gladly return!
