I loved the rooms and the complimentary coffee and tea, and everything else was perfect.

The air conditioning worked well, but the mattresses were not great.

There was nothing good about it; it was too expensive at $260 a night, the room smelled awful, I couldn’t sleep, and after booking online I was handed a cheap room.

I adore this place; the staff treat me extremely well and I visit at least once a month when I’m in town, and I can’t find anything to complain about.
