“Friendly staff.”

The beach and view were fantastic. I would have liked the breakfast to be served in the building on the beach instead of uphill.

“Great staff, dated poorly maintained hotel”

We were upgraded to a room with a private pool, which was great. The staff were friendly and very kind to children. However, the pools were almost filthy, littered with old hair, food wrappers, and sunscreen. The room itself was old and poorly maintained, as was much of the hotel. The food was repetitive day after day; when we tried their Italian à la carte, it felt like a Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen disaster, with the entire Italian cuisine butchered to the point of being almost inedible.

L'hôtel est calme, le personnel est très accueillant. Les repas sont variés avec beaucoup de choix. Lors des excursions prises par l'hôtel, nous avions des paniers repas pas top : les sandwichs étaient secs et il n’y avait pas d’eau fraîche. De plus, nous ne pouvions pas prendre de petit déjeuner ni de dîner car les horaires du restaurant ne sont pas flexibles (dîner entre 18h30 à 21h, petit déjeuner pas avant 7h du matin et déjeuner de 13h à 14h30). Au retour de l’une des excursions, nous avons quand même demandé à avoir une assiette pour manger. Ce fut une assiette de pâtes et de viande froide que nous n’avons pas pu manger car impossible de réchauffer.
