The spot is great and the staff are super friendly, rooms are clean and cozy. The trash buildup in front got a little out of control and smelled bad.

Nice Cambodian house. No elevator, but the staff carried our luggage up.

The room was spotless and roomy, with a fridge, kettle, water, and daily tea/coffee. Shops and eateries are close and walkable to the old town and waterfront, and the night market is nearby. I came back for another stay, so it can’t be that bad! A few rats sneak into the car park because there are rubbish bins outside the hotel, but they don’t get into the building. The internal stair lights should be brighter at night.
