The staff and cleaning were top, but the location is inconvenient—far from the city, only reachable by car, not on foot.

The manager was the worst, refusing to listen to any request, and I plan to report them through every possible channel.

The location was decent, but the hotel was poor, didn't provide complimentary water, and the room had no ventilation.

The place was clean, yet every time you entered you had to leave a tip.

It would be better if the exterior of the rooms stayed clean; the bathroom mirrors were unclear, the TV was broken, and so on.
