“Keep looking … this one is not it”
I recently stayed at a hotel that offered a great location, making it easy to get around the area. However, the hotel itself showed signs of aging and could benefit from some renovations. Unfortunately, the proximity to the main road resulted in significant noise pollution, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To top it off, the property seemed to be a haven for stray cats, with over a dozen roaming around, which was a bit unsettling.

I recently had a disastrous experience at this hotel, which started with a dirty and unkempt environment. To make matters worse, they claimed that the booking platform hadn't communicated with them, and they demanded an additional $108 for our stay, despite the fact that our credit card had already been charged $122. After canceling our reservation and requesting a full refund, we were met with resistance, and they refused to return our money.
