The kitchen was neat, but the bathroom drain was blocked and there was no heater in the room.

The room was very dirty, the garden outside was full of rubbish, the bathroom was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, it was terrible.

The bed was comfy. The fact I was left sat on the wall outside for over half an hour waiting for someone to send me the codes for access to the property, I sent messages X4 and rang 4 times and nobody picked up the phone (absolutely disgraceful way to run a business). Finally I get into the property and my room to find there was no windows only a skylight window in the roof, the ensuite didn't have a light and no extraction fan, but saying that the shower wasn't that powerful to build up any steam, there was also no TV or tea/coffee making equipment in the room, it's more like a £35 a night rather than £50
