The property was lovely, quiet, clean, and the off‑road parking was always available; the staff were very friendly, but the mattress was very hard.

“La pasé muy bien y es un lugar para repetir”

The receptionist’s welcome was sweet and attentive—young, blonde, ponytailed, slim—she was patient, clear with information, and helpful during breakfast. The simple breakfast was complete with freshly baked buns, tasty pastries, good eggs, ham, cheese, sausages, creamy yogurt, three different juices, a range of coffee (espresso, americano, with milk…), fruit, milk, cereal. The location is a short walk from Arroios metro station (green line) which goes straight to the city centre and the Lisbon harbour, or you can walk if you prefer. There are several dining options nearby, making it ideal for a solo traveller. The morning noise is a problem, but it comes from a neighbouring building under repair, not the hotel itself.

I liked the location near the metro, the service was good, and the breakfast is simple. Nothing else.

“Estadia na medida para viajantes.”

The hotel is close to the metro station, clean, and the staff are very polite. The room is the right size and comfortable. The breakfast is acceptable but very basic, offering only the essentials.
