Super Townhouse Svb Tech Park Kalapatti Formerly RG Stays

The room and bathroom are new and, despite the small size, I liked the look; nothing else was positive. The stay was pathetic: no cleaning, no food as promised, plug points not working, no Wi‑Fi, no AC remote, and the staff were irresponsible.

The property is far from restaurants and tea shops, making commuting to work very difficult; there is no auto support and the staff are very lethargic.

“Worst place to live.”

The place was not clean, and there were too many mosquitoes.

The property is good, but the location is calm and neat.

The room and ambience were very comfortable and worth the money. Nobody spoke Tamil or English, which made it extremely hard to convey messages—for example, when we asked who to call if we needed assistance, the staff said no one was available. When they tried to open our allocated room, they banged on it so hard it was impossible to get in. The next morning around 5.30 am, we tried again, but the door was stuck; we banged and shouted through the window, but no one appeared for a long time. We panicked because most rooms were vacant and no one could help. Finally, a staff member appeared at my doorstep to assist. Also, there was no hot water in the room.
