The views were absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The black mould on the windows, which I reported twice, still hasn’t been addressed.

“Comfortable stay in a great location.”

The views were beautiful, the place was quiet and peaceful, and the Conway suite was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful—Oscar greeted us on arrival and Rebecca was at breakfast. We also enjoyed playing on the crown green bowling green while having a drink.

“Comfortable and roomy accomodation in quiet area close to Comwy”

The room was very large, comfortable, and had a good shower. It was quiet, and I liked the view over the distant mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. The tea and coffee facilities were good. Breakfast had many choices and veggie options. Even though evening meals were limited, there was a “nibbles” menu that let you call for changes if you stayed a bit longer. My main annoyance was that the continental breakfast always served meat and cheese on the same plate for self‑service; I don’t want my cheese to touch meat! I was offered a separate plate with only cheese, but I still had to serve myself without “cross contamination.”

The food was excellent. The location means there’s not much to explore nearby without driving.

“10/10 this visit”

The place is beautiful inside and out, the area is quiet and peaceful, the estate is huge, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Nothing was wrong, everything was perfect. Maybe they could have more local beers on draft, but otherwise it was great.
