I met Kao, who was a true gentleman and looked after us, making sure our stay was enjoyable; breakfast was great and wholesome, and the location was excellent—close to all attractions, a little haven in Ella.

The walk into Ella was really easy and only a stone's throw from the main attractions like the 9 arches bridge, but the shower leaked and wet most of the bathroom.

The hosts were very friendly, the location was good, the room was comfortable and clean (there was a kettle in the room), breakfast was good, the water was warm, and the area was very pretty—one can sit on the terrace or balcony and watch the animals; I recommend it!

The price is the best value in Ella; the staff were extremely friendly, always helping and ensuring we were comfortable; the breakfast was quite okay—enough, I would say; the room was clean, there was hot water which is a plus, and overall it was a great experience!
