Location, services, friendly and helpful staff. I wasn't best friend with a pillow - subjective. Liquid soap in the bathroom would be nice

The staff were pleasant and the environment was nice. However, the shower drain was clogged, the mattress was bad, and the towel was as hard as a board.

The location was quiet, and I could hear piano music around 9 am as I was getting ready to leave. The room was definitely large enough, and I liked being able to lock my bike in a secure area. The smell when entering the building was off, and I could only check in at 5 pm—no earlier. Because the place is remote and steep up the mountain (I had to bike up myself), the dining options were very limited.

The bed was comfortable, and the host was friendly and helpful. The room was missing a fridge.
