“Clean, comfortable and convenient stay!”

I loved staying here! The unit was spotless, the shower had great water pressure, and the air‑con worked well. I appreciated the power points with USB/USBC ports for charging. The location was perfect—just a 3‑minute walk to the train, and there were plenty of convenience stores nearby. The host kept communication excellent. Thank you!

The staff were friendly and guided me through check‑in smoothly. The hotel sits amid many food spots and convenience stores, and Don Quijote is just across the street, which is very handy.

“Convinient, easy to get around, great food in the area, for vegetarians also.”

Great location, quiet street in a busy area surrounded by great restaurants that has English ordering system. 2 minute walk from the Okubu station. Many convenience stores to take money out, top up your travel card and stock up on supplies. Small but acceptable for Japan

位置超便利，鬧中取靜，舒適乾淨,cp值高. 美中不足，上鋪的梯子直立很難爬，對睡上舖的人很辛苦，有爐子卻沒有鍋子可以煮

“September 2026”

Everything was easy to find. The room matched my expectations exactly. Being so close to the train station makes this the ideal place to stay; Okubo station is just one stop from Shinjuku. The room was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The laundry room near reception was convenient, and the Wi‑Fi worked well. My 15‑year‑old son and I stayed for six nights, and we’d stay again. There were no issues.
