The room was comfy and the kids loved the pools, but after a half‑hour of being sold a condo share, the agent pushed me to sign a sketchy form that supposedly confirmed my breakfast vouchers. I didn’t sign, he threatened to cancel the breakfast, yet it still came. Turns out the form was just a disguised reservation for the condo share, not a pleasant experience.

Everything was great 😃. The staff were friendly and the amenities were clean, so I had a fantastic stay.

The location was spot‑on, but the rest was a nightmare. I booked a one‑night stay with a 14:00 check‑in, yet when I arrived at 15:00 I lost an hour waiting to check‑in and was told I had to leave by 11:00. No reply to my messages, and the linens and towels I paid for didn’t arrive until 8 pm after three requests. The host blamed a platform error for the early‑checkout policy, which is nonsense. I left at 9:46, angry and disappointed.

Only the location was decent. The double bed was actually two single beds jammed together, the parking was full so my car sat on the street all day and night, and the shower was freezing. There were a bunch of other issues that made the stay uncomfortable.
