The location is close to major roads. There was no welcome, the self‑check‑in kiosk was somewhat complicated, and the vending machines were out of order.

The staff member El was very responsive. The room we booked was already occupied, and in the next room the TV didn’t work.
The front desk team was great, but the room was dirty, the bed was totally uncomfortable with no proper mattress—just a slab—and the price feels like a high‑end hotel.
