The beach is right outside, and the terrace is huge with a staircase that leads straight to the shore.

“Une bonne adresse au bord du Lago di Varano.”

The staff were welcoming, the beach was directly accessible with fine sand, and the view of the sea was unspoiled by tall buildings. A 3 hour 30 minute walk around the Lago di Varano with an engaging guide who spoke clear Italian was lovely. The only downside was the shower, which was very small.

The hotel is close to the sea and the building is clean. The mattresses were uncomfortable and of low quality.

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were discreet and incredibly kind, and the location was perfect – I could step out of my room right onto the beach.
