The bedding was nice and the bathroom was pretty, but the place was too noisy. The pool isn’t really private; it’s shared with the room opposite and staff and other guests pass by. Finding the staff was a hunt, and when we left we had to take a Grab because we had luggage and someone was sitting in front of the hotel, so we ended up without transport even though we were only switching hotels 5 minutes away.

“Belle hôtel mais peu mieux faire”

The location is good and the staff are friendly. The noise from the music in the coat room, the mosquitoes, and the overall noise level are a real problem.

The staff went out of their way to keep us comfortable, were eager and available at all times, especially the front‑desk team. The room itself was roomy and suitable. Unfortunately, a few things ruined the stay: it was super loud at night because of parties and roosters, a mouse showed up in our room one night making sleep hard, and the venue often had a pretty bad smell, probably because the hotel sits next to a trash dump. The staff did help us clear the room the next day.

The building is in a perfect spot with a super welcoming and helpful staff. Jlenia and Azhar supported us throughout our stay, everything was fantastic!

“Beautiful place in the heart of Kuta!”

The space is great and it’s close to all the shops and restaurants. The loud street noises are a minor downside of being so central, but we all slept well.
