The family room had great mattresses, a clean space, and a good breakfast, but we still had to walk a bit to reach a nearby eatery; the main bed’s mattress was smaller than the bed itself, yet by folding a blanket at the foot of the bed our daughter managed to sleep well.

After a long drive from Pamplona the location was good to catch the ferry with only a 15 mins drive to the port. Secure parking so we did not have to fully unload the car. The welcome was friendly and the man who laid out breakfast went over and beyond to help us with our questions. Timing of breakfast was 06.30 and our ferry departed at 08.30 but passengers need to be at the ferry between 07.00 and at the latest 07.30. Nevertheless it was achievable

The hotel’s convenient for the ferry, offers secure parking, and the price is good, yet the restaurant’s hours are erratic; the website claimed it was open but it wasn’t because a bus tour had taken over the dining space, and we were told it was closed on Friday—though it does close on weekends anyway—so we had to walk into town for food.
