“Friendly staff excellent location and fantastic breakfast”

“Perfetto!!!”

The staff were super friendly and helpful right from the phone confirmation. That kind of warmth is rare and worth mentioning. I stayed there for just one night with colleagues for work/study, to be close to the station and to move easily to arrivals and departures. Even though it’s not right in front of the station, you have to walk a bit and end up in a quieter, safer area. There’s a great restaurant underneath. The only downside was the sheet protector and the small pillows, as I always prefer a “disposable” setup, but the sheets were all clean and the pillows and bed were comfortable.

“Very short, but nice and pleasent”

We stayed just one night, found the room comfortable, clean, and the overall stay very nice, but because our flight arrived very early we had to skip breakfast. Getting to Termini was easy in the morning and there are plenty of places to eat around, even at night. The rooms are small yet comfy, and the lack of an elevator could be a slight issue for older guests, but otherwise nothing problematic; the staff was very kind and offered to help carry our luggage to the room.

The breakfast lady was exceptional, and the location is good, but the facilities feel a bit unwelcoming and the many stairs to climb with luggage are more than exhausting.
