Privacy was solid, but the fridge in the room was a bit dirty inside.

Patricia is sweet and the neighborhood is quiet, but the kitchen was poorly equipped and there were cockroaches.

The lady was super helpful, but the bathroom had no curtain and water splashed everywhere. Still, for the price it was a good spot.
