The place was great, but the staff were invisible—this felt more like an apartment. The room was clean and had a small kitchen we didn’t need, but it took a moment to locate our room; clearer room numbers or names would help.

Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, the apartment was large, relatively new, and clean, but there was no staff, no breakfast, and no restaurant—though that was already known.

The price‑to‑value ratio was solid, the bed comfortable, the décor tasteful, and the location convenient – overall a pleasant stay.

The room’s décor and facilities are wonderful, and the beds are very comfortable, but the pillows should be replaced; they’re just a folded Nordic piece, which would greatly improve the guests’ experience.
